Have you made a mistake with your order, have you received the wrong or defective goods or are you otherwise not satisfied with them? Then you can return the order to us free of charge. We'll show you how to do this here.

This is how it works:

Go to "My account" and select "Orders".
Go to the order you want to return and click on "Return".
Enter the quantity.
Enter the reason for the return under "Product details" and select "Request credit note".
Optionally add a comment.
Click on "Create return".
For large or heavy parcels, this completes the return and steps 8 to 10 are no longer necessary. Our customer service will contact you.
For smaller parcels, click on "Print return" and place the form in the parcel.
Click on "Print label" and stick the label on the parcel.
Hand in the parcel at the post office.
