The B600CND de Cembre is the first of a new generation of portable battery-powered tools, characterised by a "bi-linéaire" design. It is equipped with an intelligent automatic return at the end of the cycle (Smart Release). The B600CND is designed for the disconnection of cables and connectors up to 300 mm². A new high performance 18V - 2.0 Ah Li-Ion battery allows the tool to work autonomously for longer. The tool is also equipped with a pressure cap and a safety sleeve: the cap guarantees greater precision in setting the maximum pressure, while the sleeve offers important protection for the user. The EPS (Electronic Protection System) ensures precision, checks the current pressure value and informs the user of any possible errors (EPS). Various parameters can be displayed on the OLED screen: - Pression et force du cycle de travail, pour vérifier l'exécution correcte du sertissage ; - Status of the battery ; - General information on the operation, number of cycles performed and remaining before the recommended maintenance. A new design, reduced weight and optimum centre of gravity ensure more comfortable handling during use. While the plastic covers in two different materials, with their robust structural elements, guarantee adapted mechanical protection in all conditions of use, their caoutchouc inserts ensure greater safety and more comfortable handling. Thanks to silent operation, LED illumination of the work area and minimal vibrations, the tool is even more comfortable to use. The operating parameters of the operating cycles (up to 200,000) are recorded on the integrated memory card and can be transferred to a computer via a USB interface (SMARTOOL technology).
