Register a return in the shop
- Log in to your customer account and click on "My account", then on "Orders".
- All completed orders are displayed. Search for the corresponding order number or commission for which you would like to register a return.
- Click on the yellow arrow next to the desired order to start the return process.
- At the bottom left you will find the option "Create new return " - please select it.
- A window will open with all the items you have ordered.
- Select the appropriate return reasons for the relevant products.
- Enter the number of items you wish to return.
- Repeat this step for all items you wish to return.
- At the bottom of the page you can optionally add a comment

You can select the option "Collect".
This option is only possible in combination with a delivery fromNormrahmen AG. It applies primarily to bulky goods. Of course, we are also happy to collect registered goods on delivery.
- Then click on "Create return"

After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the return document and a free return label.
⇨ If a return by post is not possible due to excess length or weight, no return document or postal label will be generated in the registration; in this case, our internal sales team will contact you.
⇨ For orders older than 90 days, it is no longer possible to register returns in the webshop. In this case, please contact our internal sales team. -
Please enclose the return document with the parcel and affix the return label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible. You can now send the parcel back to us by post or give it to our chauffeur with a delivery.
A completed return document is mandatory -
As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed according to the customer's wishes. When the credit note is issued, 10% of the value of the goods will be deducted for our expenses.
